Customer Service Professional (Technical)

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least an SPM, Diploma, Degree in any field.
• Age between 19 years old - 35 years old.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. (Mandarin is an added advantage)
• Good in communication.
• Must be able to work on Rotating Shift: Mon-Sun , 5 days a week, 2 days Off.
• Applicants must be willing to work in either one of the mentioned locations.
• No work experience required.
• Training will be provided.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Malaysian Citizen only.
• Able to start immediately.
• Possess own transport is an added advantage.

Position : Customer Service Professional (CSP) for Technical Inbound.

• To attend/ answer incoming calls from customer, identify problems and assist them to solve the problem by providing the right solution.
• Follow up with the customer on pending cases.
• Create report in the system.

Location : Kuala Lumpur ( Plaza VADS, TTDI dan PFCC, Puchong)

Salary : Basic Salary (RM1500~RM1700) + Performance Bonus (KPI) (RM300) + Transport Allowance (RM200) + Technical Allowance (RM200) + Shift Allowance (RM60)

Intake for VADS TTDI : 13 April 2015 ( interview starts on 30th March 2015 )

Intake for PFCC Puchong : 27 April 2015
